Team Leader Training... or, It's Great to Be Back.

Team Leader Training (TLT) is upon us (me). It's been great being back on campus and meeting a whole new group of people, seeing things from a slightly different point of view, and getting back into the swing of things. We've been mixing up the trainings between get-to-know-you activities, intro to the team leader position, and basic policy overviews. This is going to be a short post because not that much has really happened yet, but I have really enjoyed meeting all of these great new people and getting back into the routine of running and exercising.
